We would like to welcome Cory Casey, his wife Susan, and children Rylee (10) & Gardner (7), to Horseshoe Bend Baptist Church.  Cory was selected as the new bi-vocational pastor of HBBC and has accepted the position.

Corey has brought a multitude of experiences with him to include being a public school teacher, director and founder of Camp P82 (at risk ministries), Sports Crusaders coordinator (sports evangelism mission organization), co-pastor at Osage Mills Baptist Church in Highfill, Arkansas, served as camp pastor and missions pastor in Cass, AR., youth pastor at HBBC, and missionary service in Jordan for 5 years.

He has 16 years of ministerial experience in church function, worship, church planting and house church activity of different styles, places and cultures both abroad and inside the US.

He attended Drury University in Springfield, Missouri then went on to graduate at John Brown University in Siloam Springs, Arkansas.  He attended Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Fort Worth, Texas and has received his Masters of Divinity as well as Missiology/Cross-Cultural focus.  He was ordained in ministry in 2005.

His wife Susan is a special education teacher for Camdenton R-III.  Rylee is a fourth grader in Camdenton and Gardner is a first grader.
